Delivery
Twin Oaks Nursery is pleased to offer order delivery within a 30 mile radius of our location. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
How Much Does Delivery Cost?
For orders over $300, delivery is FREE!
For orders under $300, our delivery fee is $4 per mile, one way.
How Long is the delivery time?
ASAP! Typically delivered within 2 - 3 days. If you have a deadline please let us know. retail@twinoaksnursery.com. We will be happy to make all efforts to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Delivery Area: 30-mile radius around Twin Oaks Nursery
- Twin Oaks will always select the best possible plants from our selection available.
- Our team will leave your order in front of your drop location along a driveway. We do not place plants beyond the driveway.
- If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery, the customer will be charged a $50 fee for cancellation.
- Twin Oaks Nursery charges a 10%restocking fee for any delivery with product sent back. If any product is sent back, it will need to be sent back with the delivery crew. We do not allow returns after delivery is made.
