Delivery
Twin Oaks Nursery is pleased to offer order delivery within a 30 mile radius of our location. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
How Long is the delivery time?
ASAP! Typically delivered within 2 - 3 days. If you have a deadline please let us know. retail@twinoaksnursery.com. We will be happy to make all efforts to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Delivery Area: 30-mile radius around Twin Oaks Nursery
- Twin Oaks will always select the best possible plants from our selection available.
- Our team will leave your order in front of your drop location along a driveway. We do not place plants beyond the driveway.
- If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery, the customer will be charged a fee for cancellation.
- Once Delivered, Twin Oaks Nursery charges a 10%restocking fee for any delivery with product sent back. If any product is sent back, it will need to be sent back with the delivery crew. We do not allow returns after delivery is made.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of shipping live plants. We do not accept the return of any plants with out the direct approval from us. If you refuse delivery of any plants ordered by you, you will be charged for the actual delivery fees to you, as well as the return shipping costs to us. If the plants arrive to us in a non saleable condition you will also be charged for the cost of the plants.
