Lava Sand - 40lb

 Nature’s Creation® Lava Sand is used in landscaping as a soil 
amendment. When added to clay soils it modifies the soil struc
ture by separating microscopic clay particles. Because it is po
rous, it helps sandy soils retain moisture. Nature’s Creation® 
Lava Sand is a volcanic mineral. As lava cooled, it formed mil
lions of tiny bubbles or pores that allow it to retain water. It dif
fers from sedimentary sands because it retains its sharp edges 
and texture. Sedimentary sands have a rounded texture and are 
made up of solid quartz granules that do not have the same ef
fect.
