1015Y Texas Super Sweet Onions are Texas’s most famous onions and are also some of the sweetest! Whether you are a novice or beginner, the Texas Super Sweet Onions are the perfect onion to add to your garden. They have an off-white flesh and are very sweet and flavorful, excellent for salads, slices, grilling, and cooking.
Blushing deep red throughout, the Southern Belle onion is truly a beauty and sweet as well! Relish the sweet flavor and intense color of these delightful, flattened globe-shaped, ruby red bulbs on top of salads or to garnish any meal. Better uniformity, more disease and bolt resistance, and larger size potential than any other short day red variety.

The Yellow Granex variety was developed by basically crossing the 1015 and the Bermuda to make a deep, flat onion. Yellow Granex produces large, semi-flat onions with rounded shoulders. Goes great in salads or salad dressings.
