Red La Soda: Plants are medium in size, spreading with drooping leaves. Stems are green, prominently angled and ringed with swollen nodes. Tubers have smooth, bright red skin, eyes medium to shallow in depth. Medium dry matter content with good boiling and mashing quality.
Yukon Gold: Fresh and processing potato. An attractive, multi-purpose cultivar, medium specific gravity, round to slightly oval shape with light yellow flesh. Tuber shape: round to slightly oval and slightly flattened. Eyes: shallow, pale pink in color. Skin: yellow. Flesh: light yellow. Medium-sized, upright vine, determinate type, light red-purple flower and somewhat compact root system.
White Kennebec: Stems without pigmentation. Large, broad dark green leaves. The tubers are elliptical to oblong with shallow eyes, white skin and flesh. Blossoms are white and numerous. Disease resistant to common strains of late blight, leaf roll and net necrosis, mosaic virus and virus Y. Maturity late, quality high. Good processing quality for chips and french fries.
