HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR TREE AND PROTECT YOUR WARRANTY.
- You must have your original receipt to open a warranty claim.
- Our warranty is for 50% of your original purchase towards the cost of a new tree or plant of the same likeness. There will be no refunds or exchange for items that are not of the same classification. (i.e. trees for house plants or pots).
- No refunds will be given in cash or returned to a credit card.
- A warranty claim may not be opened on a plant or tree that has already been replaced.
- Labor and Delivery fees are not refundable.
- Please visit our Tree Care Guide to ensure proper watering, planting, and maintenance. This information will also be provided to you at time of purchase.
• Trees, Shrubs, or Plants 3 gallons or larger purchased from Twin Oaks are guaranteed for 90 days at a 50% replacement cost of your original price.
• Acts of nature (such as wind or hail damage, insect/pest infestation, etc.), lack of maintenance (such as excessive over watering or under watering), and/or conditions beyond our control will void the warranty . Twin Oaks and Staff reserve the right to determine the reason why the plant did not survive.
• If you are having a problem with your purchase please make contact with us before your 90 days is up and before your plant is dead. We are happy to help troubleshoot any problems you may be having.
Warranty covers a one time replacement of the same plant. Delivery cost and taxes not included. The replacement plant provided will not be under warranty.
Plants that will not be warrantied: Japanese Maples, Sky Pencil Hollies, Tropicals/houseplants, and grasses
